Thank you for your continued partnership and support of the Hot Max product line.

This letter serves as formal notice of an upcoming change to our Hot Max distributor pricing.

This adjustment reflects ongoing changes in operating conditions, including material costs, freight, tariff changes, and overall supply chain expenses. We have worked to limit the impact where possible while continuing to meet expected quality, service, and availability standards.

We have diligently maintained competitive pricing without compromising quality and continue to ship orders, on average, 99% complete.

The updated distributor price list will take effect on July 1, 2026, and will apply to all Hot Max orders shipped on or after that date.

Orders shipped prior to July 1, 2026, will be invoiced at current pricing.

Your updated Hot Max distributor price list will be provided separately by your sales representative no later than May 1, 2026. If you have open quotes or contract pricing arrangements, please contact us so we can confirm any applicable terms and transition timing.
